I have approximately 30 years of experience operating Olefins plants, covering front-end and back-end operations. My operational activities span all levels, including several years as a shift team leader. I have prepared and supervised shift activities, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of plants for initial start-up. I have experience with liquid cargo (naphtha, petroleum condensate) and gaseous cargo (ethane, LPG). I have also monitored and supervised revamps, technological changes, and equipment updates using technologies from Technip, Linde, Kellogg, Stone Webster, and others. Additionally, I have supervised and commissioned the start-up of an ethylene alcohol plant (Ethylene Green). On the administrative side, I have experience in training and managing teams, performance and career management, and the creation of a corporate industrial training centre.

Today, I continue to be at the forefront of innovation in sustainable energy and water resources management within the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry. It is not just a job, but a life mission. I believe that every step taken towards a more sustainable future is a step in the right direction. I will continue to fight for water conservation, the implementation of clean energy, and innovation in the petrochemical industry, with the hope of leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come. Over the years, my focus has expanded to include solar energy and other renewable sources. I participated in the installation of solar panels in remote communities and the construction of small hydroelectric plants that do not harm the local ecosystem. These experiences reinforced my conviction that it is possible to harmonise development and environmental preservation.

Contributed to the creation of internal policies that prioritize environmental conservation and energy efficiency. Through collaborative projects, we were able to demonstrate that the oil, gas and petrochemical industry can indeed be compatible with sustainable practices.
